My riding lawnmower went down.. I found the Ground Guys of East Waukesha County online.. I read their reviews and decided to try them.. I Sent a text and Joel responded quickly.. Everything got easily set up and 2 of his guys came out a couple days later to cut and trim.. The whole process and communication was quick and easy.. They did a great job on my lawn and I even had a couple neighbors comment on how nice it looked.. Joel followed up with me to make sure everything was good and I was satisfied... I would strongly recommend The Ground Guys of East Waukesha County..

GroundGuys of The Woodlands did an amazing job making my yard weed and brush free. Justin, the owner, personally came out and inspected when others would not, and ensured he would do us right and make our lawn beautiful again. And he and his crew did just that. They were professional, timely, had great follow-ups, and had great communication with them regarding timing, financing, and working with them step by step to get our yard back in shape. We had a sudden overgrowth of weeds and saplings that appeared one day and grew to be too large for us to handle on our own. They stepped in without hesitation and told us “it was the right thing to do.”. And would help us complete our project step by step until it’s right. He was prompt in responses to my questions and answers, he followed up with us when necessary, and worked hand in hand with his crew to help get it right. it felt like family was there helping us meet our goals side by side and showing what real customer service is all about.
