I had the privilege of working with Devin and Ethan D. twice. My mom had a bathroom toilet back-up which was worse than I thought, Devin & Ethan worked very hard to fix the issue in a short period of time. Then about a week later my sister had a basement shower back-up, Ethan was able to get Devin the next morning to fix the issue which took some time but he never gave up. Both Devin and Ethan were very professional, polite and respectful. Thank You Both for helping my 88+ year old mother and my 69+ year old sister. You Both did a AWESOME FANTASTIC JOB!!! THANK YOU!!! I will be recommending you to anyone that I know that has issues.

Mr Rooter was timely, responsive, and a great value for their $95 drain cleaning special. Within minutes of inquiring on their website, we had an appointment scheduled for the same afternoon to take care of the blockage issue we had in our line. Devin was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything to us. This was my personal residence, but with working in real estate and commonly having to deal with these issues on deals, I will absolutely recommend Mr Rooter to any of my clients. Thank you so much!
