I have to say how impressed I was with Jeremy Evans the service tech that came out on time to just lubricate, adjust and assess my garage door. I felt the garage door needed an evaluation with the noises I was starting to hear. With Jeremy’s assessment of what he found with a thorough and detailed description of the good and needed upcoming repairs. Jeremy was honest in his comments and because of the way he presented his findings to me in what needed to be addressed on my garage door I agreed with his opinion and went forward with his advice on the repairs he suggested. His honest evaluation with me is the reason I went forward with what my garage door needed.
