I can’t recommend Mr. Appliance highly enough, especially Joshua! I had a gas leak in my built-in grill that was incredibly frustrating to track down. During the first visit, they couldn’t find anything wrong. Instead of dismissing my concerns, Joshua took them seriously. I stayed persistent because I knew something wasn’t right, and they didn’t hesitate to come back for a second visit. This time, Joshua arrived with better diagnostic equipment, took an even more thorough approach, found the leak, and replaced the faulty valves. My grill is now working perfectly and I finally have peace of mind. What impressed me most wasn’t just that they fixed the problem—it was their commitment to seeing it through. It would have been easy to say everything looked fine and move on, but instead they listened, came back better prepared, and didn’t stop until they found the root cause.
