⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an active slow leak in one of my resident's showers at our adult care home and called Rainbow Restoration of Happy Valley for help. They responded quickly and were extremely professional from start to finish. With this being an adult care home, it was very important to get everything taken care of quickly and with as little disruption to our residents as possible. Their team handled the entire process, including working directly with my insurance, which took so much stress off my shoulders. They kept me informed throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and were always responsive whenever I had questions. Once the water damage was taken care of, they also did a wonderful job with the rebuilding and getting everything put back together. The finished work turned out beautifully, and you would never know there had been water damage in the first place. I truly appreciated their professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and how smoothly they handled everything from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Rainbow Restoration of Happy Valley to anyone dealing with a leak, water damage, or restoration work!

We unfortunately had a pipe burst that flooded our downstairs. The team at rainbow came in like an army! Lvp flooring pulled up, carpets pulled back, blowers and humidifiers all around . A well oiled machine. Owen and his team were polite, professional and got it done!
