I am so pleased with the job Zach did for my apartment. I have a puppy who was having accidents and Zach was able to make my carpet look new again. He is professional, friendly, and hard working. We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience with Rainbow Restoration! Jeremy was there within minutes of our call. From the very onset, their communication was superb. Walking through sewage damage in a home can be overwhelming, but their guidance on what to expect, the steps we needed to take, and how to navigate notifying and working with insurance was truly a blessing. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and their attention to detail was evident throughout the entire process. But what impressed us most was the incredible patience and compassion they showed. With elderly residents in the home and so many questions along the way, their employees were always kind, patient, and willing to explain things. It was also clear that they cared about our home and the things that mattered to us. Treasured belongings were carefully packed and protected, and at the end of each workday, they made sure the home was left as clean and orderly as possible. Every employee we encountered was amazing. They combined professionalism and high-quality work with genuine care and respect for our family and our home. During a very stressful and difficult situation, Rainbow Restoration made the process so much easier to navigate. I am so impressed with Rainbow Restoration. I cannot even begin to tell you. Yesterday the team of DJ and Ray arrived. They are the contents team and boy did they do an amazing job. I have a lot of stuff to be perfectly honest and they just got right to it and kept working and were very impressive. They did not want food or drink or anything and barely even took a lunch. I was so impressed. I don’t have any words to explain how wonderful and fast and quick and nice and they told me what was going on every step of the way and could not have been better. I actually look forward to seeing DJ today to see what stuff she’s going to pack up now. I know it’s a long process and it’s hard to get answers, but they’re different teams. I’m learning that there are three different teams to go into this the contents team, which is what I’m working with now and Brad is the manager and he’s been fantastic as well. I cannot say enough good things about Rainbow Restoration. And Alana, the administrative assistant has been awesome. She said if there’s anything I needed to please contact her. I again was pleased, as I always have been, with Rainbow and their superb service starting from the call to make the appointment for cleaning carpets to the day of cleaning . Hannah was courteous and efficient on the phone and the guys (i apologize for not remembering your names)were exceptional and it was reassuring when I saw they were the same guys as last year .
