Darrell and Ethan were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained the issues in our crawlspace thoroughly and helped us better understand the problem. They are a great, honest company to do business with and did not try to sell us something we didn’t need like others had. Highly recommend!

Brandon, Dan, and the entire crew were 5 stars from the minute they came on the job. Brandon patiently answered all of my questions and showed great compassion for our situation. He also stayed in constant contact, which helped ease some of the stress in a very stressful situation. Dan and his crew were exceptional each day they were at our home. They were professional, kind, compassionate, and understanding. Each of the crew treated our home and our things with respect and consideration. They all show that they understand that this is your life they are packing up, and they are patient and careful as they work. We cannot recommend them enough.

After having 6 inches of sewer backup in my basement, the insurance company called Rainbow to assess the situation. Chris came out and gave insurance the amount it would take for them to clean up. Long story short, insurance ended up paying me and telling me to hire our as I pleased so I had three different companies come out and give me a bid and found Rainbow to actually be the cheapest by far. I called Chris back a week or more later and asked if he would still honor that price and he happily came back and told me the things we could do that would save me even more money. After everything, the price was a third of what everyone else wanted, the job was done top notch and I am SOOO happy I decided, even admidst the craziness, to go with them because they did AMAZING!
