Fabulous customer service… Had to coordinate installing a dog door in a glass porch door from out of state… Their team talked me and my neighbor through the logistics… I was in North Carolina and the installation was in Georgia… So they had to do the phone call, not just to me but to my neighbor, with the window of time of arrival. Friendly and accommodating staff throughout. They were just wonderful.

While driving cross country, our windshield got nailed with a rock. We researched windshield repair in Tampa and found Glass Doctor of Tampa Bay. We called, explained what happened, and were able to make an appointment the same day. William Z arrived at our location as scheduled and on time. He thoroughly explained the procedure and work he was going to perform. The end result was incredible! The two chips were nearly unnoticeable.
