I had a really great experience with Rainbow Restoration of San Diego County after a water leak from my upstairs neighbor's broken washer. Right from the first phone call, Tiffany, the coordinator, was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. When the mitigation guys, Oscar and Daniel, showed up, they got straight to work. They did an amazing job with the initial cleanup and drying out the space. Then Dave and Nick took over for the actual reconstruction part, and they did a phenomenal job. They know exactly what they are doing. But the thing I appreciated the most was how they communicated. They actually asked for my input and gave me options before moving forward with the work. They made sure I was on board first, and that goes a long way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone dealing with this kind of mess.
