I had a poor experience with Molly Maid where their cleaners were supposed to pick up our check for payment. During the first cleaning, they took the check but the office did not receive it timely from their cleaners and they called me for a replacement check. During the second cleaning, the cleaners did not take our check at all. I advised the office and asked if they wanted to send someone back for our check. We chose the check option so as to keep from having to pay the extra fee for using debit/credit card. The office did not call me back, text or email me with a response. But, instead, they charged my credit card without my permission and without advising this is what they were going to do. I only learned of it from my bank. They had my credit card information on file from the initial cleaning which they require. I have left another message for them and still with no response. They totally lost my trust and I have cancelled our service. Beware!
