Our technician was punctual, extremely polite, and made sure my wife was updated on everything he was doing. I had a solid window glass replacement done. Working with Glass Doctor was easy and affordable. They sent a representative out to measure and he was very informative and pleasant to talk to. My work was done at a residence that was being updated, we made the replacement appointment for while I wasn't there, and the only way I could tell they had been there was the beautiful new window glass that had been installed.
