I had a foggy window that needed replaced. I had been told I would need to replace the entire window by someone else. After checking reviews, BBB etc I called GlassDoctor. They said they could just replace the glass. They came out on Wednesday to measure and give me an estimate. I was told it could take up to two weeks, depending on the workload. The next Monday I got a call saying it was in and they could install it that day. I was ecstatic. They came out , took the window outside, completely installed the new one and had it back in place in not much over half an hour! I had been afraid that they would have had to take it with them and it would take at least a couple of weeks that I would be without a window. That’s why I put off getting it repaired. Silly me. I should have called them a couple of years ago! The people I dealt with were all very friendly and professional. They really knew what they were doing and helped me understand also, so there were no misunderstandings. I am thrilled with the new window, as are my dogs. These folks deserve every 5 star rating posted! From the first phone call with Judy, to Alan returning my car to me, the whole experience/service was easy, honest and beyond excellent. Judy is so patient, polite and helpful. She helped me learn what to do in order to get USAA claim and referral sent to them. I am unable to drive due to recent major surgery so Alan picked up my car and returned it. Also, 1 million thank you's to Javier as well; he fixed something on my passenger door that had been broken for almost 2 years! I didn't request them to fix it; Javier cared enough to take initiative to make my door work. :) Thank you so much Team Glass Doc's- I wish you all well and a most abundant future.
