Rainbow provides ongoing care for needs resulting from a home fire episode. They are one of the most professional, courteous, friendly companies I've ever dealt with. They are proactive and responsive in their approach to what seems to me an undaunted task. They make me, their customer, happy to see or hear from them. Their customer service is superb.

After a 5.5 inch rain in 2 hours, we were left with a flooded finished basement. Within an hour of a call from our insurance adjuster, the project manager was at our house. Within another hour we had a very nice crew getting the water sucked up and restoration begun. Over the next week every person who came to our home to do work called first to give a time of arrival (always showed up on time), were professionally dressed and so very polite. This company knows what great customer service really is!

I had sewer backup into my basement and rainbow came right away! Brandon and Jason cleaned everything out...pool table, furniture, carpet. And hauled away. They power washed floors. Did an excellent job. Would recommend.

We didn't actually use them, but Dominic came out to look at a job. He was very professional, he came out and explained what happens when a restoration company come out, what to expect and how to move forward. I can't say how professional he was. I would refer to them.

We had a kitchen fire after the new year. It was a devastating day for our family. When Rainbow Restoration came to our house, right away we knew we were dealing with professionals who cared. As our house got packed up, we were in touch every day with Toni and Jason, who were taking care of our personal belongings and furniture throughout the whole house. We can’t wait to move back to our house and know they took care of our personal items as if they were their own. They genuinely care about their clients and what their needs and requests are.
