Rainbow Restoration is an outstanding company to work with. My brother's house had extensive damage due to ice damming this past winter. In addition he has serious health issues which made this situation even more difficult. Mike Dyer, president and owner, was there every step of the way for us throughout the process of remediating the damage. His crew skillfully got the work done while being respectful of my brother's health issues. Mike and his crew. kept my brother and I informed of the status of the process as well as next steps. Mike is always available and goes above and beyond for his customers. This was an insurance claim so we are unsure of the cost but it was worth every penny! We highly recommend this company!

Although we ultimately did not have any work completed, I still wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service we received. The office staff was incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and made the experience easy and stress-free. It's refreshing to work with a company that truly values excellent communication and customer service. Based on our experience, I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again in the future or recommend them to others.
