Contacted them the night before via their web form online and received a call first thing the next morning. I asked for a technician to come at 6pm same day and they had to call me back after confirming a tech would be available for the after hours call. Less than 30 minutes later the visit was confirmed and the tech arrived at 5:55pm. There was a slight up charge on the trip fee if I did not proceed with the repair that they told me ahead of time which I was fine with. The tech, Charles, was very profesional and provided honest feedback and explained the issue. The only thing I wish I new ahead of time is that they say they are 24 hours but you can't reach them after hours as far as I could tell. If you call them after they close, you won't be able to get them out the same night. They will call you back first thing the next morning though and the 24 hours is if you need a late appointment it seems like, not an emergency call at 2 am because your fridge is leaking or something (this was not my issue, just saying hypothetically). Maybe they do triage after hour messages for emergencies but not that I could tell.
