I had a great experience with Ali. Very responsive and respectful.

We had a large windstorm that caused some roof damage and woke up to find it raining in our kitchen. It was an incredibly stressful thing to deal with. The guys at Rainbow did an incredible job at putting our minds at ease. Super quick and effective communication as well as an action plan that was put into place within hours got everything resolved quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company and if anything ever happens again, I know who I'm calling first. 5 stars isn't enough to measure the service received, I'd give 100 if I could!

SGI approved their work to begin on the personal contents of my townhouse fire claim. They responded with prompt service and I had a great experience with them handling this large job - to remove everything from my home and list all items lost. I appreciated the supportive help of the staff working on site during this very large job and all the follow up. Something I highly recommend, is tipping the moving and clean up crew for the very hard physical labor in unsafe disaster conditions that they do. Thanks so much for everything ❤️

Had mold and water damage in garage. Terry was very accommodating and stuck to quoted price even though bigger job than anticipated. Hossein and Ali are experts at what they do. I don’t know if I am a one off but it has been frustrating pinning them down to repair the garage. Communication has been an issue. Started strong but maybe I got lost in the chaos
