This company is amazing !! My basement flooded two weeks ago and Rainbow Restoration has been nothing but amazing through the process. They arrived quickly to my home and made sure to dry the basement properly. I had great communication with them and they have helped me make a plan to restore my basement for my tenants. I specifically spoke with Terry who has gone above and beyond to try to help me through this time and make this an easy process. He has answered all of my question thoroughly and helped me figure out the best way to restore my basement. I would highly highly recommend this company.

Huge thanks to Edgar from Rainbow Restoration! We had water damage in our basement bedroom from a cracked pipe. The flooring and lower part of the walls were damaged. Edgar was fast, friendly, and very professional. He explained the whole process, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was dried and restored properly. I highly recommend Russell Janzen from Rainbow Restoration. He returned my call very quickly, agreed to come out for an estimate on short notice, and spent hours helping me understand a restoration quote I had received from another company. He patiently explained every detail, answered all of my questions, and gave me honest advice on how I could save money instead of trying to sell me unnecessary work. Russell truly went above and beyond. He was professional, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decision. It's rare to find someone who takes that much time to help without any pressure. We had a large windstorm that caused some roof damage and woke up to find it raining in our kitchen. It was an incredibly stressful thing to deal with. The guys at Rainbow did an incredible job at putting our minds at ease. Super quick and effective communication as well as an action plan that was put into place within hours got everything resolved quickly. I can't say enough good things about this company and if anything ever happens again, I know who I'm calling first. 5 stars isn't enough to measure the service received, I'd give 100 if I could!

The Rainbow Restoration emergency response team (Saskatoon) responded to my insurance claim request promptly. Ali and his team were diligent, professional, and attentive in carrying out their assigned tasks following a dishwasher malfunction and the resulting damage to the flooring and walls. Ali also recommended an excellent plumber, which was very helpful. While I would have appreciated a bit more communication regarding expected next steps and timelines, I understand that this may be the responsibility of the insurance company rather than Rainbow Restoration.
