Like many in Edmonton this summer I had a basement flood . Ryan was first on site and discovered the drain was failed . He explained everything in detail and was very patient and considerate. Mr Rooter sent Mikey for plumbing work. He looks like he just graduated from grade 12, bed head and everything. But when he assessed the issues and explained the process I could tell he was very well experienced and a professional.
