I originally called to have our main office door repaired, and of course, after scheduling the appointment, our back door jammed too! When Sean arrived—on the very same day I called—he gladly took a look at the other doors as well. I fully expected to have to book another appointment, but Sean fixed all three doors on the spot. Throughout the visit, he explained everything he was doing, walked me through the issues, and provided different repair options without any pressure. As a result of wind damage, we required some minor, but necessary repairs to be done to the exterior of our home. I contacted several roofing and siding companies, but ended up frustrated at the lack of interest in doing a small job. I then contacted Mr Handyman. They requested photos of the affected damage and gave me an estimate the next day. Finding the estimate reasonable we elected to proceed with the repair and it was arranged for the next day. Eric arrived as promised. I found Eric to be an experienced professional who had the problems addressed in short order. Eric then inspected the rest of the house to ensure there were no additional potential issues of a similar nature. We were 100% happy and satisfied with Eric’s repairs.
