From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Booking the appointment online was simple and straightforward. The turnaround time exceeded my expectations. Luke came out on Thursday to diagnose the issue with our washing machine. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong. His knowledge and experience were obvious, and he quickly identified the problem. The replacement part arrived on Monday, and Luke was back on Tuesday to complete the repair. The entire process moved quickly and efficiently. Our washing machine was back up and running within a few days. Luke worked efficiently, communicated clearly, and made the entire experience stress free. It’s rare to find service that is this responsive and this well organized. I highly recommend both Luke and the team for their excellent customer service, technical expertise, and fast turnaround.
