This was the third consecutive year for our HVAC annual maintenance using Aire Serv of Greater Victoria. We could not be more pleased. Merik Hoenhous was exceptionally professional. He examined the comments from last years invoice and performed a thorough maintenace on each of the three major components. We found him very articulate in his explantions and listened to any additional information we provided. Merik asked for permission to make additional replacements of two capacitors. He explained how they functioned properly, what state the old ones needing replacement were at and the expected problems that they posed. All the work, both the routine maintenance and replacements were performed efficiently and in a flawlessly competent manner. Well done. Out experience with AirServ has been great! We got 2 different quotes for our heat pump, and they were much more thorough than the other company we tried. We also got them to service our existing furnace, and they caught an issue which had been missed by all previous service techs and fixed it at no extra charge!
