It took him exactly as long as he estimated I walked through property with him while he worked and he was able to point out and share details with me which allowed me to understand his very thorough written report. I received report next day and I was blown away with the incredible detail and consideration within report. His report wouldn't have swayed me in either direction, unbiased. It wasn't opinion. Just facts and expert observations. I was clearly able to decide based on attending the inspection with Michael.
