Kind of a different story. I phoned Rainbow Restoration today looking for an acquaintance to ask who he’d recommend for pest control as we have an indoor ant problem. I was told my acquaintance did not work there so I hung up the phone and wondered, what to do next? Minutes later I get a call from a man named Terry asking if I’d just phoned their business. I said ‘yes’ and he told me that the person DID indeed work at Rainbow Restoration but was not free to talk at the moment. I had unintentionally given the acquaintance’s incorrect first name and Terry phoned me back! Then Terry says…. “Maybe I can help you! ” I was bowled over! I explained the ant situation and he gave me the name of a pest control company he’d used followed by the words …” If that company doesn’t work out call me back and I’ll make some calls to help you find one!” Wow!! Who does this? I don’t think I’ve ever received such exceptional customer service from any company! Outstanding, caring and generous service is what I got today and I’m not even a customer of Rainbow Restoration! But if I ever I need their services they’ve got my business! Thank you Terry!

Terry and Randy were absolutely amazing to work with. They found the source of our problem quickly and shared what we needed to do to remedy the issue related to water leakage. This relieved a lot of our anxiety. They went above and beyond, showing that customer service and satisfaction is very important to them. Our experience with Rainbow Restoration was very positive and we highly recommend their company.

The Rainbow Restoration crew that came theough were very effective and kind in their work around the house. If prompted, the communication was great.

We listed a clients property that had been smoked in for 35 years. Showing feedback was the smoke smell was terrible. Rainbow came in and treated the entire property for 48 hours. The difference was amazing. It smells fresh and clean now. What a difference.
